The layer includes P1,P2 levels depicting conservation significance for protecting biodiversity, landscape attributes, and high quality surface water resources at the statewide scale. The designation of high priority is based on rules-based selection from each of the 9 core data layers within the Biodiversity, Surface Water, and Landscape Resource Categories and overlap between the Biodiversity, Surface Water, and Landscape Resource Categories.</PRE>

<PRE ID="original">The Aggregated CLIP High Priority layer is intended to be used as one of several decision support tools for informing the work of the Century Commission and the Florida Fish and Wildlife Conservation Commission Cooperative Conservation Blueprint, and it may also be suitable as a resource planning guide for various state, regional, and local entities interested in effective natural resource protection and management. While other planning efforts have focused on particular resources, whereas CLIP is intended to provide a broad synthesis of natural resource GIS data to support comprehensive identification of statewide conservation opportunities.</PRE>
